A very important and helpful piece of equipment in yoga, are yoga ropes. They’ll help with support for an aching back, and also provide for better stretching. They also give support for not only your back, but all the major muscles in your body. Mainly dealing with arm stretches, forward bends, and back bends, yoga ropes are highly recommended for all exercisers. They come in sets, and will cost you anywhere from $90-200.

Your hands are used in just about all of your exercises, and with that being said you probably know that it can cause much wrist and other arm strains. Grips help by giving your wrist support and give you a variety of more exercises to do. They are recommended for those who use their hands more, but they are fairly cheap for what they do, costing around $40.

Any type of yoga equipment will be helpful to your exercises and stretching. Most equipment will help you from getting injured and keeping you from not being able to do yoga. DVD’s and CD’s are also important and can give you more information about the types of exercise and also show you how to do more to improve your fitness and health.
