Ideas for Wedding Photo Albums
May 23, 2008 on 3:27 am | In Home |Wedding photo albums may not have changed much over the years but newer methods of displaying them are being invented all the time. The modern photo albums contain portraits of the bride alone with her dress arranged for the picture; her mother’s album probably has a similar picture and there may even be a close resemblance. It is also tradition to find a beautiful spot close to where the couple was married to take some pictures of them together placing these images next in the album.
Next of the photos you will find in a modern wedding photo album will be one with the wedding party dressed in their finery. Many close friends and family go to make up this special group without whom the day would be incomplete like the best man, the father of the bride and bridesmaids for instance. Next the images of the bride with her bridesmaids and other attendants that helped her on the day.
After these shots are taken it will be the turn of the bride and her family, then the groom posing with his family. Wedding photo albums are generally large bound examples that contain pictures that are bigger than usual on pages that may be inlaid or embossed. The vast majority of wedding photo albums are presented in white with images like bells and bouquets displayed and often embossed on the cover of the album.
Wedding albums are normally a combination of white with silver trim which are the traditional colors associated with weddings with the images arranged in a way to capture attention. However, almost all wedding photographers now use digital cameras so they can supply traditional photos on paper in addition to those that can be stored on a compact disc or a digital versatile disc (DVD). Every bride and groom should have their photos placed on a disc as they are less likely to be damaged and can be taken anywhere and displayed on large screens if required.
If guests want to have a copy, they can have all the images and not just their favorite few; these can be stored in presentation boxes for later viewing as a digital wedding photo album. There are a number of benefits to this because not only can the images be viewed as normal but also printed out in the traditional manner at home or at a regular photo printing store. Modern technology has improved upon the albums from long ago with the addition of pictures available on the latest digital photo frames
