Looking at Clickbank digital products market place, one can find quite a number of different systems that claim to win a very high proportion of the time. I think the problem that a lot of people have is that they just don’t know which system to get and whether, if they do get it, it will actually work. Being new to this game there is only one System that i have tried, and thankfully it works, and so thats why i am giving this review as an honest opinion from a novice sports gambler, also i have allowed you access to 50% discount.

So Sports Betting Champ is the latest big name in online sports betting programs, and it seems to be for good reason. Its hard to say “it really does work” without just sounding cheap but the simple fact of the matter is that, yes, it truely does what it says it will. I will explain the factors that make it a success in laymans terms and leave you to make your own judgement and decide whether its for you or not.

The main thing i should mention at the start is that you will not actually get anything to download right away, you will receive an email from John Morrison the author of the program, just really welcoming you into the program and telling you that you will be rich shortly. He then instructs you to go and sign up at BetUs, and fund your new account before anything else can happen. This starting procedure with John and the Sports Betting Champ made me feel a bit like i had been ripped off i must tell you. You will receive your pdf downloads when you have funded your account at BetUs, i have no idea why John had chosen to do it this way, but don’t freak out, you get the goods.

I then find, after doing about 5 minutes research on Google that BetUs is an offshore bookie and that they are a little bit on the bad rep side of things, at least according to a couple of sites. One of those sites being a sports betters forum, the other being some sort of sports betters book evaluation site. So after finding these things out i was pretty skeptical.

Despite all this i was propelled by my desire to see if the system worked. I put down an initial deposit of $500 into my new BetUs account and all seemed legit. As instructed i then emailed John, to let him know that i was ready to finally receive my system and find out what to do next. Later on that day i received my downloadable sports betting champ pdf files and wiped the sweat off my brow with a sigh of relief, it no longer seemed like such a scam. John also advised me that i would receive my first email pick two days from then. With the system you will receive about 8 picks a week according to John, at least as far as the NBA goes. Not sure about how many for the MLB, but it starts very soon and also has a 97% win rate so i look forward to it.

The system works like this; every bet on a team is really three potential bets on that team for three consecutive games on the road, ill give you my first bet with sports betting champ as an example, i put $50 dollars to win on Miami Heat, they lost, so i put a $120 on Miami again in the second game and they won. If the team loses the first which is fairly likely, then you bet again to cover your losses and make a profit. There is only about a 15% chance they will lose the second, and the chance is below 5% for losing the third straight.

The whole system is based on about 10 years of solid winning proof from John himself, who has a PhD in statistics. This is all very comforting information at the start when you are just starting out. During the season you will receive about 80 wins and nearly no losses, as long as you follow the advice and tips that John gives you.

The main thing to know about this system is that you will need at least a little capital at the start, and the more you can invest the better. For example i only put in $500, and it will take me quite a few bets to get it up to a decent betting amount and start bringing in the big money. Its also worth letting you know that John will tell you to use a promo code the first time at Betus, if you use the code, you will have to bet a lot before you can withdraw any, so make sure that if you do this you are not looking to get your investment money back straightaway, the bonus of this is about 50% extra credit to your account. You can do this every time you make a deposit though.

So If you want a betting system that will really do what it says, i really can recommend this. I have already made about $300 in two weeks, and as i said i didn’t have much start up capital. It may not sound like much, but of i kept at that amount for a year it would add up to $7200, not bad for 5 mins work a week. Put in $5000 and you could make a couple of grand in your first few weeks no problem. The main thing that i want to get over to you is that this is a safe program, the way i see it, if you use it correctly, then it is a constant profitable investment of your money. I hope my review can help anyone out there who is deciding whether or not to choose the Sports Betting Champ.

does fha/hud owe you a refund?

Try to remember the first mortgage you signed for, sitting at the table and reviewing all the fees you were charged by so many different people, just to get your mortgage. It’s overwhelming. Have you ever thought about the fact that they are always quick to take your money but v-e-r-y slow when it comes to providing a refund?

An up front mortgage insurance premium (FHA-UFMIP) is another example of the slow process, but worse, it could have slipped through the cracks altogether, and there are plenty of cracks. This information may seem confusing and contradicting but it is not intended to be so. If you are owed a refund it certainly won’t make you rich, but it is your money isn’t it?

If you had an FHA-insured mortgage, you may be eligible for a refund from HUD/FHA. Review your settlement papers or check with your mortgage company to determine if you paid an up-front premium. You may be eligible for a refund of a portion of the insurance premium if you: acquired your loan after September 1, 1983, paid an up-front mortgage insurance premium at closing and did not default on your mortgage payments.

There are Exceptions:

When an FHA home mortgage is assumed, the insurance remains in force. The new owner of the property may be entitled to a refund when the loan terminates.

FHA-to-FHA Refinances: An FHA-insured home mortgage that is refinanced, the refund from the old premium is applied toward the up-front premium required for the new loan.

Claims: When a mortgage company submits a claim to HUD for insurance benefits, no refund is due the homeowner.

Refunds are based on the number of months the loan is insured. For any FHA-insured loans with a closing date prior to January 1, 2001, and endorsed before December 8, 2004, no refund is due the homeowner after the end of the seventh year of insurance. For any FHA-insured loans closed on or after January 1, 2001 and endorsed before December 8, 2004, no refund is due the homeowner after the fifth year of insurance. For FHA-insured loans endorsed on or after December 8, 2004, no refund is due the homeowner unless they refinanced to a new FHA-insured loan, and no refund is due these homeowners after the third year of insurance.

Mortgagee Letter 2005-03 provides additional information on recent policy changes regarding refunds of up-front mortgage insurance premiums. Simply stated all loans endorsed after December 8th, 2005 are not entitled to a refund of UFMIP unless it is an FHA to FHA refinance in which case the refund is applied towards the new UFMIP. Cool, Huh?

How are refunds processed?

Your mortgage lending company notifies HUD of termination of the FHA mortgage insurance for your loan. If you are eligible, HUD will either request that the Department of the Treasury issue a check directly to you or send you an Application for Premium Refund so that you can provide HUD with additional information.

If you are lucky enough to receive a form HUD-27050-B, you should read and complete the application carefully, sign and have it notarized, then send it to HUD along with proof that you owned the property when the insurance was terminated.

After they receive your completed form HUD-27050-B and the necessary supporting documentation, the information will be reviewed. After completion of this review, HUD will request that Treasury issue a check directly to you or request additional information.

Follow-up if you must:

If you do not receive a check or an application within 45 days after you have paid off your loan, check with your mortgage company to confirm that they have sent HUD a request to terminate the mortgage insurance on your loan. If they confirm that the correct termination information was sent, contact your local HUD office or contact them through their website. All inquiries should include your name, your FHA case number, the date that the mortgage was paid-in-full, the property address, and your daytime phone number. Remember this too, the rules governing eligibility for premium refunds are based on the financial status of the FHA insurance fund and are subject to change.

There you go. Simple isn’t it. Like I said it won’t make you rich and probably isn’t worth the bother if yours did slip through the system. A word of comfort, it probably did not although some do. The reason I have this information here is so you realize how important it is that you understand your loan and it’s fees. You must ask questions about anything you are not sure of. Most important, make sure you are working with a reputable Mortgage Broker that has the experience and knowledge to assure that your interests are taken care of.

ensuring your application under the pennsylvania adoption law

As with any adoption in any state, Pennsylvania adoption law can be a very long process. If you are to have a smooth adoption process, it is always best to learn how to id in the right manner. Use the Pennsylvania adoption law as your guide for your adoption application.

The first thing to do is to know is which agency you is ideal for making your application. Under the Pennsylvania adoption law, public and private adoption agencies are and licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW). These agencies are authorized, in various capacities, to help in the facilitation of the placement of an adoptive child into a permanent. Learning about how these agencies work is another important key to your application.

The three licenses that may be issued to adoption agencies under the Pennsylvania adoption law are:

- Having Full Service License - DPW issues this license both to private and public adoption agencies and gives them the authority to assume care and custody of an adoptive child. Asides this, a full-service adoption agency may also provide other services like placing a child up for adoption, initiating the evaluation of prospective adoptive parents; and supervising the placement of an adoptive child into a new permanent home.

In the Texas adoption, full-service agency, the agency is given the authority under the Pennsylvania law to withdraw a child from what may be deemed an unhealthy and unsuitable adoptive home environment. The agency can also proceed with steps to relocate him or her to a better and more caring permanent home.

- A Non-custodial License - This license allows certain adoption agencies to work hand in hand with public or private full service agencies by specializing in certain areas of the adoption process. They may act as intermediaries between a full service agency and the birth parents, the adoptive parents and the agency, as well as between both the birth and adoptive parents.

These agencies also help in the adoptive placement process. They offer follow-up and support services as well, especially after the child has been placed into their permanent homes. Certain services, under Pennsylvania adoption law, are our of non-custodial licensed-adoption agencies. They may not remove a child from an unsuitable home environment, nor are they authorized to assume the care and custody of a child, as well as initiate adoptive placement processes.

- Inter-country License - This license is issued by DPW as an additional suite of services under the Pennsylvania adoption law. The inter-country license allows these agencies to initiate final adoption proceedings that would allow placement of foreign-born children into permanent domestic homes. If you are interested in adopting a child from Asian countries such as Korea, China, or the Philippines, you may only do so with a private agency, because under Pennsylvania adoption law, these are the only agencies that may provide these services.

The best agency to go for is one that is authorized and licensed under the Pennsylvania adoption law. It ensures that you have not overstepped your own boundaries, and that your future son or daughter’s welfare has been taken cared of before they are placed with you.
